Thus far the Lord has helped us. Each chapter is a stone we set down to remember.

1999
How it all started
Steven and Kimberly Parker were sent out from Panama City under the covering of The Rock of Panama City and Apostle F. Nolan Ball. With just a few families, we imagined a church that was truly welcoming to everyone, where everyone had a seat at the table regardless of personal history, family background, ethnicity or gender. The Rock hosted its first gathering in late 1999 at the Homewood Suites Hotel in Lake Mary.
Since
Expanding the vision
As The Rock continued to grow inward and outward, we spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through teaching, outreach, activities and missions. Our vision and mission is as strong today as it was in the beginning.
Next
Where we are headed
There is no lack of need for the Gospel and discipleship. We continue to listen to the Holy Spirit and let Him teach us new and innovative ways to reach people, both lost and found, so that whosoever will may find Christ just as we did.
