The Rock of Central Florida ("The Rock", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through wearetherockofcf.org, why, and who helps us handle it.
What we collect
- Contact forms. Your name, email, phone number (when asked) and message, so we can reply. Messages are delivered to church staff by email.
- Plan a Visit, Connect Card and Serve Team forms. These are provided by Subsplash, our church app and giving platform. What you enter is stored in our Subsplash account so our team can follow up. The Connect Card asks whether you'd like texts; you only receive them if you say yes, and you can reply STOP at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
- Giving. Online gifts are processed by Subsplash, with stock and cryptocurrency gifts processed by Engiven. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Groups and messaging. The group finder and church messaging are provided by Subsplash.
- Volunteer sign up may also be collected through Planning Center (Church Center).
Embedded content
Sermon videos play from YouTube and the Subsplash player, and maps come from Google Maps. Videos only load after you press play. When they load, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.
How we use it
To answer your questions, welcome you when you visit, connect you with groups and serve teams, send receipts for your giving, and share church news you asked for. We do not sell or rent your information.

Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
